East Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Muhammadong stated that the personnel will help secure the takbiran night, the Eid al-Adha prayer service, and the sacrificial animal slaughtering process.

According to him, security efforts are focused on several locations expected to be crowded with worshippers. This is because many mosques in East Jakarta are situated by the roadside, meaning prayer activities could potentially spill over onto the main roads.
"They will also assist in traffic management to prevent congestion," he explained.
He specified several focal points for monitoring, such as the Pangeran Jayakarta Mosque on Jatinegara Kaum Street—known for its large annual Eid congregations—and the At-Tin Mosque within the TMII complex.
"I urge the community to cooperate in maintaining order and adhere to the officers' directions. This is to ensure that all religious observances and holiday excursions run safely and pleasantly for everyone," he concluded.
